We want to take these few minutes to first thank you for choosing our office to partner with you for your healthcare needs. Our office sees miracles daily in restoring optimal health to our patients and their families. Our prayer is that you, too, will see changes in your everyday health.
It is important for us to take this time to explain a few items. First, when you come into the office, sign in. This is located to the right when you first enter the door. We will be watching for you, but make it a point that we see you. Having your forms filled out saves us and you time and we can then go right into your exam.
Someone may have explained it to you already, but the exam and x-ray which is your initial visit takes only 30-40 minutes. Wear loose clothing so you would not need to change (nothing with zippers, buttons, or any metals.) This is an important time for both you and us. We find out many items from just the short time you are here.
Next, we will schedule you for two important reports. We do like to get both of these done within a week, no later than two weeks time frame. Sometimes our schedule, or yours doesn't permit this BUT it is the best, so please work with us, as we will with you. We want to answer any questions you may have, the best time is usually during these reports.
